Misty

We follow Misty the Husky and her owners through her journey as a therapy dog during the tragedy of the 2022 Highland Park Fourth of July shooting.

I was commissioned with designing and painting two pieces to use as concept art for this animated short film. The scenes we found most important were the moment of impact at the parade and the vigil following the tragedy. Below I have placed my iterations leading up to the final products!
